What is Telemedicine? Telemedicine is the delivery of healthcare services when the healthcare provider and the patient use different forms of technology when they are not in the same physical location. At COMC, Telemedicine is used for treating:

pharmacy, order diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests.

How to Access

Telemedicine at COMC



Step 1:     Call COMC at (702) 657-3873 to schedule an appointment and let us know you need a Telemedicine Appointment. After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to Patient Fusion with a PIN. (If you do not have an email address please let us know for other options)

  • Step 2:   After you schedule your appointment, you will receive an email with your link to access your records to fill out your medical history.

  • Step 3:   Select the option to verify your identity by entering a Pin.

  • Step 4:   Enter your date of birth and PIN.

  • Step 6:   Enter all information to create your new account.

  • Step 7:   Complete your information and mobile number. Read the terms and information. Press continue.

  • Step 8:   On the left side, click "Appointments" and on the left select "Complete Check-In".

  • Step 10:   You are done completing all forms!

Check back in before your appointment for a message from COMC with your new link to the Video Chat room.

  • Step 11:   This is the message that you will receive in your personal email with an alert that you have a secure message in your Patient Fusion account. Log in to Patient Fusion to retrieve your message.

  • Step 12:   When you log into Patient Fusion, click on "Messages" on the left side and you will find a note from COMC with a 9 digit ID number and a link to the secure Video Chat Room site for your Telemedicine Appointment with your provider. (https://www.gotomeeting.com/meeting/join-meeting)

  • Step 13:   Copy and paste the link (https://www.gotomeeting.com/meeting/join-meeting) in a new tab or browser. Type in the Access Code given to you in your Patient Fusion message.

  • Step 14:   Type in the password (not the access code) given to you in your Patient Fusion message.
