Betty Boettcher is a top executive with extensive experience running successful businesses, managing operations, marketing, and developing talent in various industries. Throughout her carrier Betty has motivated and supported managers and employees to help them grow to their highest potential. 

For over the last 20 years she has been involved with non-profits like the Gentry foundation by donating her time and resources to generate successful fundraising campaigns.

She has also been closely involved in improving communication to the Spanish community within her current field in health care by driving efforts to benefit Spanish speaking businesses and employees that will deliver better healthcare solutions.
