Dr. Keith Rogers, Deputy Executive Director Chair, earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. . An alumnus of the UNLV Student Support Services program, Dr. Rogers currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director at UNLV’s Center for Academic Enrichment and Outreach. In this capacity, he manages the day to day operations of twenty-six federal projects and numerous special initiatives designed to increase access to and graduation from programs of postsecondary education of individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. Additionally, Dr. Rogers provides oversight for programs designed to train individuals serving or preparing for service in programs or projects of similar design. For over a decade, Dr. Rogers has worked with leaders in business, technology, government and education. He has assisted for profit and not for profit organizations in streamlining processes, identifying opportunities, and coordinating efforts across departments using six sigma, project management techniques, resource and industry based analysis and other appropriate business methodology.
