pharmacy, order diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests.

Step 1: Call COMC at (702) 657-3873 to schedule an appointment and let us know you need a Telemedicine Appointment. After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to Patient Fusion with a PIN. (If you do not have an email address please let us know for other options)
